The staging process is very straightforward, having just 3 steps: The Consultation, Recommendations and finally the Showcasing.
Step 1: Consultation. During the consultation, a Certified Staging Professional will visit the property with the homeowner and the REALTOR® to do a short walk through similar to a potential buyer. The Certified Staging Professional will then complete a more detailed review of the property, while you sit back and review some very informative staging materials. At the end of the review, the Certified Staging Professional will provide a comprehensive report containing recommendations and a quote for the showcasing.
Step 2: Recommendations. This is essentially where the homeowner completes their homework. For example, some painting may be required, or perhaps some packing may need to be done. There are a couple of options for completing this work: the homeowner can do it all or can employ ALLURE Home Styling & Design to manage the completion of the recommendations.
Step 3: Showcasing. This occurs over one day and is when a team of Professional Stagers transforms the property into a house that buyers will fall in love with.
