A staging professional will visit your property and conduct a detailed walk through to assess the staging requirements. Following this assessment the Certified Staging Professional will...

• provide a basic report highlighting any recommendations for cosmetic changes such as paint colours, garden/entrance improvements, lighting, floor coverings, furniture placements, de-cluttering and accessories.
  
• provide a quote to complete the showcasing.

This consultation will usually take 1 to 2 hours.

The cost of this service varies depending on the size of the property, however prices start at $250.

We simply take what you have have and give it a whole new look and feel. We may recommend some modifications such as painting, repairs, replace floors etc. But no structural changes will be made.
